Missing Meet Policy
If a swimmer is positive they will
be absent from a meet, they must sign the absentee list by no later
than the evening 6 days prior.
This means that for a Wednesday meet,
the absentee list must be signed the prior Thursday.
If the swimmer finds out he or she
can't attend the meet after the
deadline is past, they must call Coach Chris (434-985-6920)
to notify him.
Also, parents missing a meet should notify Susan Field so that Meet Jobs can
be coordinated.
